What do Mental Health Connect offer?

We work with the members of the community and a range of organisations across Airedale and Wharfedale, offering training, resources and support.

Delivery of group exercise sessions across Airedale and Wharfedale in outreach settings. Delivery of peer groups. Mental health coach who will provide 1:1 support and encouragement, in addition to signposting and referring.

Delivery of 3 Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) courses per year across Airedale and Wharfedale over 3 years and increasing WRAP trainers available locally.

Mental health worker who will provide weekly wellbeing group support sessions and one to ones to South Asian women.

Dual diagnosis practioner who will work with people receiving support from community mental health teams who have dual diagnosis of Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and substance use.
